Paul Bundschuh - CEO
Mr. Bundschuh's focus is on strategy and business development for disruptive technologies. He started several successful new businesses while at Motorola Semiconductor and at Waves Audio, which both became market leaders in their respective markets. He also has extensive international technical sales experience including in China and Japan. Paul received B.S. and M.E. Electrical Engineering degrees from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, as well as an Executive MBA at The University of Texas at Austin.
 
 
Chris Cobb - President and COO
Mr. Cobb's focus is on organizational and process development. As CEO of SimplerWebb and then President of HEIT, he has led high growth companies through rapid expansion from 10 to nearly 100 employees. He also brings expertise in finance, operations and M&A. Chris received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, and an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
 
 
Bill Alexander, P.E. - CTO and Founder
Mr. Alexander is the developer of IPC's breakthrough current-modulation power converter technology. He is a prolific inventor with over 15 granted U.S. patents. He has previous startup experience and leads the Company's product development efforts. Bill received B.S. and M.S. Mechanical Engineering degrees from The University of Texas at Austin.
 
 
Charles De Tarr, C.P.A. - CFO
Mr. De Tarr has experience as CFO or VP of Finance at several energy technology companies including American Electric Power. Charles also has founded, owned and operated a contracting firm with 40 employees. Charles received a B.S. in Business Administration from Ithaca and an MBA from The University of Texas at Austin.

Mark L. Baum, JD - Independent Director
Mr. Baum has more than 15 years of experience in financing, operating and advising small capitalization publicly traded enterprises, with a particular focus on restructured or reorganized businesses. As a manager of capital, he has completed more than 125 rounds of financing for more than 40 publicly traded companies. As a securities attorney, Mark focused his practice on U.S. securities laws, reporting requirements and public company finance-related issues that affect small capitalization public companies. Mark has actively participated in numerous public company spin-offs, restructurings and recapitalizations, venture fundings, private-to-public mergers, asset acquisitions and divestitures. In addition, Mark has a history of Boards of Directors service, including Chembio Diagnostic Systems, Inc., Applied Natural Gas Fuels, Inc., Shrink Nanotechnologies, Inc. and You on Demand, Inc., as well as Boards of Advisors for domestic and international private and public companies. Mark is a published inventor and a licensed but inactive member of the State Bars of California and Texas.
 
 
Dr. Lon Bell - Independent Director
Dr. Bell is a leading expert in the mass production of thermoelectric products. He has authored more than 20 publications in the areas of thermodynamics of thermoelectric systems, automotive crash sensors, and other electronic and electromechanical devices. Five of his inventions have gone into mass production and dominated their target markets. In 1991, Lon founded Amerigon Inc. and has been a consultant since December 2010. He has served many roles in Amerigon, Inc., including CTO, Director of Technology, Chairman and CEO, and President. He also served as CEO and President of BSST LLC, an Amerigon subsidiary. Previously, Lon co-founded Technar Inc., which developed and manufactured automotive components, and served as its Chairman and President until selling majority ownership to TRW Inc. He also co-founded Mahindra REVA Electric Vehicle Co Ltd. in 1994 and serves as its Vice Chairman. He has been a Member of the Scientific Advisory Board of Nextreme Thermal Solutions, Inc. since 2006. Dr. Bell received a BSc. in Mathematics, MSc. in Rocket Propulsion, and Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the California Institute of Technology.
 
 
Rick Rutkowski - Independent Director
Mr. Rutkowski is currently CEO of ClearSign Combustion (NASDAQ: CLIR). Prior to joining ClearSign, Rick co-founded Microvision, Inc., a leader in optical beam-scanning display and imaging systems and served as the company's CEO and Director. In 2000, Rick co-founded Lumera Corporation, a leading developer of a broad range of devices used in optical communications, biomedical analysis and broadband imaging that are based on the company's proprietary nano-materials and electro-optic polymers. Rick has served several times as an invited member of National Technology Transfer Center's Advisory Panel. He has frequently been featured as a speaker or panelist at technology and business conferences, and has appeared on local and national television numerous times. He was honored as a Technology Pioneer at the World Economic Forum in 2002 and has been acknowledged by the University of Washington for his support of the University's research efforts.
